Acxilabs provides bespoke software design, development, and hosting services, as well as proprietary software products including but not limited to ACX-RMS (Restaurant Management System) and related tools. Specific terms for individual products or projects are governed by separate written agreements between Acxilabs and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

All bespoke software projects are governed by individual statements of work and/or client agreements. Details of client projects, source code, and related intellectual property are subject to confidentiality obligations as defined in those agreements. In the absence of a separate agreement, all project information shared with Acxilabs will be treated as confidential and used only for delivery of the agreed scope.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
